Nguyễn Phi Vân graduated with an MBA in Australia. She has held senior executive roles in brand management, retail, franchising, and business development for major corporations across markets in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe.

She has participated in numerous government initiatives supporting enterprise development and the creative economy in Southeast Asia. She currently serves as:

• Advisor to Project 844, a Vietnamese government program to develop the national startup ecosystem

• Chairwoman of the Vietnam Franchise & Licensing Network

• Senior representative of Vietnam at the Global Angel Investment Forum

In addition, she is an investor with a portfolio of 34 companies.

Phi Vân has received several international recognitions, including:

• 2015 Global Retail Leadership Award for Outstanding Retail Leadership from the Global Retail Association

• Top 100 Global Retail Leaders (2017 & 2018)

• Outstanding ASEAN Entrepreneur Award (2019)
